- whole wheat pizza crust
- 1⁄4 cup marinara sauce
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped tofu
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 cup grated Italian cheese
- pepperoni, slices
- 1⁄2 red onion
directions
- Spread marina sauce.
- Add peperoni to pizza.
- Sprinkle tofu across crust.
- Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and place randomly all over pizza.
- Top with round onion slices and Italian cheese.
- Bake 8-9 minutes at 350°F.
