"I needed to add protein to my diet and decided I could sneak in finely chopped tofu under the cheese and no one would no any better. My tofu hating husband devoured it and my 19 month old loved the tofu!"

  • Spread marina sauce.
  • Add peperoni to pizza.
  • Sprinkle tofu across crust.
  • Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and place randomly all over pizza.
  • Top with round onion slices and Italian cheese.
  • Bake 8-9 minutes at 350°F.
