- 226.79 g crabmeat (canned is fine)
- 1 egg
- 4.92 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 0.61 ml dried mustard
- 14.79 ml mayonnaise
- 2.46 ml lemon juice
- 7.39 ml yellow mustard
- 7.39 ml melted butter
- 2.46 ml parsley flakes
- 2.46 ml seafood seasoning (several varieties)
- 59.14 ml regular breadcrumbs
directions
- Mix all ingedients together except the crab meat. After completely mixed, fold in the crab meat. Make into cakes. Place in hot oiled skillet until brown.
- Makes 2-4 servings depending on size of cakes.
