  1. Boil the Potatos (you can leave the skin on if you want) And set the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Make mashed Potatos.
  3. Add your Tofu (sour cream).
  4. And your Produce Partners or Bacon.
  5. And as much cheese as you want.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-30 or untill cheese is melted.
