  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Roll into logs and wrap in wax paper.
  • Store in refrigerator.
  • Cut in slices to serve.

  1. I have been making this recipe for years, It is so yummy. I sometimes substitute the vanilla extract for other flavor extracts such as mint, orange, hazelnut, rum....... For Easter I roll the mixture into little balls and roll them in melted chocolate, then refrigerate them so the chocolate hardens, the kids LOVE them.
     
  2. This candy was a little too sweet for me. The mixture itself was a little thin after I mixed it all up so there was no rolling in wax paper (could be because I mixed it with a hand mixer rather than by hand). I left it in the bowl for a few hours and put it in the fridge to harden then roll in wax paper. I put some festive sprinkles on since DS loves them. Made for 123 Hits.
