  1. Season the chicken with half the Italian herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Now, heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high flame.
  3. Saute the chicken for 3 minutes in the oil until it is browned on the bottom.
  4. Flip to the other side.
  5. Add onion and the remaining seasoning.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Cover, lower flame to medium heat and cook for 8 minutes, until the chicken is cooked throughout.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Serve hot.
  12. Enjoy!
