  1. This recipe is simple but amazing. Instead of instant teriyaki sauce, I made my own with Winnipeg Walt's recipe. This would go great in a stir fry!

  2. In a word, AWESOME! This is a very good method of cooking pork tenderloin. It was very tender and not overly sweet; a very quick and easy recipe. I used a boneless 2lb pork loin top loin roast sliced to 1/2" thick and a packet of Grillmates teriyaki sauce mix. The only changes I made were: instead of dredging in flour alone, I used a 50/50 combination of flour and cornstarch with a little garlic powder and black pepper added to the mixture. Since I used twice the amount of meat called for, I should have doubled the sauce mix, but had only one packet of marinade mix; it still turned out perfectly, there just wasn't enough sauce to serve on the side. As a side dish, I served with another Zaar favorite: "World's Best Fried Rice" #162000, which is my favorite fried rice recipe. My family devoured this meal and have requested that I prepare it again soon. This will be a regular in our home from now on. Me and my family say thank you looneytunesfan for providing a recipe that headlined a great meal!
