  1. The directions say 1 1/2 tblspoons of flour & 4 1/2 tblspoons of flour. It says make the roux by mixing the flour & oil so do I use all 6 tablespoons of the flour at once with the oil?

  1. Almost there... just add 1 tbs corn starch to the water, add 1/4 cup browned ground pork add 1/2 tsp celery salt add 1/2 tsp File powder and you're there....
