Bought these seeds planning to use them in baking...but not to be. Instead I made a tea with them and I was nicely surprised by the pleasant taste...I did add some Splenda though.

Liked it! The tea turned out pretty weak but it has a nice flavor and a pretty pink color. I added a star anise in my second cup which complemented the pomegranate and increased the overall flavor. Thanks for a great idea!
- 3 ounces pomegranate seeds, dried (I used Shan)
- 6 cups water
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (can use honey instead)
