• 28.34 g dark rum
• 28.34 g light rum
• 28.34 g orange Curacao
• 85.04 g orange juice
• 14.17 g lime juice
• 4.92 ml Amaretto
• 4.92 ml simple syrup
• 4.92 ml grenadine

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in order starting with the light rum on down in a highball glass over shaved ice.
2. Stir.
3. Pour dark rum over top.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry or edible flower.
