Another recipe from Serendipity ....
- Cut lemons into chunks and combine with the sugar, food coloring, and water in a blender half full of ice -- blend at high speed -- add more ice if too slushy -- or water if too thick.
This was okay. I would have rather just had the lemon juice instead of the entire insides ~ was a bit too pulpy for me. Made for the Think Pink Tag Game in Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness ~ October 2009
This pink lemonade would have been nice if it was sweet. Followed this to a T, but after photographing it, had to dilute it with another cup of water and added more sugar.
