Its quick to make and yummy in taste!
- Boil pineapple with sugar.
- Allow to cool.
- Whisk condensed milk and cream.
- Add pineapple mixture and whisk again.
- Set in mould.
- Refrigerate till required to serve.
- Garnish with pineapple rings.
This was okay. I really was looking forward to eating more but when I made it the consistency was very watery. I might try it one more time. Thanks
