Great for the summertime and warm weather!
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1⁄2 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1⁄2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄3 cup pineapple chunk, frozen or chilled
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour into glass and serve.
Not sweet. I used canned pineapple in 100% juice.
My oldest son turned 21 yesterday and was interested in trying some cocktails. He had bought rum and triple sec so he decided to try this one. We all liked it though we were split on whether or not it ought to have been sweeter.
This was delicious! Living in Houston in the HOT heat, this is perfect!
