  1. Put ice cubes in blender and blend on high until it is crushed.
  2. Add pineapples with juice and coconut milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

This was very interesting. We had a can of coconut milk to play with so I had to try this with my boys. We liked it better after I added some vanilla extract (well, except for my 2 year old, who still said yuck!) I'm off to pour a second glass now!
