Pina Colada Oatmeal (Porridge) Low Fat

ingredients
- 40 g porridge oats
- 250 ml skim milk
- 70 g canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 5 g desiccated coconut
directions
- Put the oats and milk in the bowl, microwave for around 2 minutes. (Use a large bowl and keep an eye on it - it can easily overflow - you'll probably need to change this slightly for your own microwave).
- Add the pineapple to the top, microwave for 20 seconds.
- Add dessicated coconut. Stir.

I live in the UK and for other recipezaar fans in the UK I reccomend getting down the Asda and getting some measuring cups! Since I bought them they have been invaluable and mean I can try making so many more foods!
