Pina Colada Oatmeal (Porridge) Low Fat

"You could cook the oatmeal on the hob rather than my method, if preferred. You may also want to add a little sweetner/sugar, although I found the pineapple sweetened it enough. If following my cooking method use regular oats."

  • Put the oats and milk in the bowl, microwave for around 2 minutes. (Use a large bowl and keep an eye on it - it can easily overflow - you'll probably need to change this slightly for your own microwave).
  • Add the pineapple to the top, microwave for 20 seconds.
  • Add dessicated coconut. Stir.

I live in the UK and for other recipezaar fans in the UK I reccomend getting down the Asda and getting some measuring cups! Since I bought them they have been invaluable and mean I can try making so many more foods!
