I used the food processor which made this delicious sauce very easy and quick to make. I agree with the name of the recipe - pickle sauce - it's definitely not a tartar sauce. The sour pickle flavor really comes through and the mustard compliments it very well. I served it with salmon patties and really enjoyed it. Made for Susie's World Tour 2018.

Ten stars, if I could! I'll preface by saying that I HATE tartar sauce - and this is anything but! I followed the recipe exactly, no tweaks at all. I used Mt. Olives kosher pickle slices (chopped) and Zatarain's Creole mustard. This was outstanding over pan-seared wild caught salmon! In the future, when I make this again, I'll mince the pickles so they're a bit smaller than I cut them this time. So good you can eat this with a spoon! Made for SWT 2018, Team Incredibles.

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
