From the Victoria Room in Darlinghurst, Sydney.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces campari
- 1 ounce peach liqueur
- 1⁄2 ounce guava juice
- 1⁄2 ounce orange juice
- splash lemon juice
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with peach slices.
Love the tropical flavor with the bitter edge of Campari.
Again, this is DH's rating. I tasted it. It is very tropical because of guava juice. But the campari has a bitter taste that stays so I didn't like it. He loved it. I used peach schnapps. Thanks Amanda. Made for ZWT4
