Petes Chicken Spaghetti

"My MIL (her nickname was Pete) used to make this every Christmas Eve. Its a very simple recipe, so it is perfect for around the Holidays when you need something that can be thrown together ahead of time, then popped into the oven later. I always serve a salad and hot bread along with it. It also reheats wonderfully."

my name is Debbie,I have always enjoyed cooking, and my friends have never understood why I would rather fix a home cooked meal for my hubby each night rather than zap soemthing in the microwave or grab take out. With the craziness of life, we end up with take out or fast food a couple times a week, but I try to cook the rest of the week. I have had a home childcare for 23 years, plus I have had a home based candle business for 5 years, so casseroles, and the slow cooker are very good friends of mine! My husband of 27 years and I, have a 26 yr old daughter, who is married. We have a little "grand puppy" named Maggie, and we also have our own two "sweet baby dogs" a 12 yr old Cocker/poodle mix mamed Gussy, and also a 12 yr old Yorkie/poodle mix named Buster, he is my little shadow, he has had diabetes for 4 yrs, and he is now almost blind :( but he still carries on, and loves life. I'm very happy to have found recipe zaar, so many wonderful recipes, I could spend hours on here just scouring through them! I so appreciate all of the wonderful cooks who so willingly share their awesome recipes! ~Debbie~
