This is a recipe I received from a co-worker and is great served with wheat thins or your favorite crackers.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄4 cup walnut pieces (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients in a food professor an dblend until smooth.
- Chill before serving.
