  1. Made this to serve as a side to recipe#364352 and you are right, taste like the rice we enjoyed while traveling through Peru and brought back wonderful memories. The only thing I did different was use chicken stock instead of plain water.

  2. Thank you for sharing this lovely rice. My very picky dh loved it. A lovely rice with subtle garlic and lemon flavors. It was perfect served with the bbq pork and carrotes. Complimented the main dish perfectly. It was quick and easy to make. I will make this again. :)

  3. Nice taste - just a little different from regular rice. Thanks for sharing.

  4. A pleasant versatile side dish. I substituted quinoa for the rice. Even with doubling the amount of garlic and lemon, this recipe still gives a subtle flavor. I think it would work well as a side dish, or underneath a vegetable saute.

  5. This was a very nice mild flavored rice, next time I might add some minced onion. It went perfectly with the mojo chicken and corn on the cob. Very easy to get together but makes alot, I would say it serves six. Thanks for sharing and this was made for ZWT4.
