• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 (1 ounce) onion soup mix
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 16 ounces refried beans
• 1⁄2 cup salsa
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

directions

1. Mix everything together well.
2. Cover and chill until serving.

This is a really good dip that makes quite a bit so no need to double a recipe. I used a chunky salsa and enjoyed the larger pieces of vegetables in the dip. I did add the cheese and served with tortilla scoops. Thank you mydesigirl for sharing your recipe, it will definitely be a favorite!
