Peppermint Bark

READY IN: 15mins
Recipe by Baseball Mom 5

These are a twist on the usual Chistmas bark made with candy canes. They are more like an after dinner mint, but none the less they are my son's favorite at Christmas time and make a great idea for gift giving.

Very good and easy to make! I added a cup more of the white chips, and no food coloring! It takes wonderful!!! Next time I will mix some of the candy bits in with the chocolate chips after they are melted, becasuse a lot of it fell off. My husband and son think it is great!!!
