topping for hamburgers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green peppers, cut into matchstick slices
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 (4 1/4 lb) cooked hamburger patties
- hamburger bun
- heat oil add peppers, onion, and garlic, cover cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally uncover for 2 minutes.
- assemble burger: top each burger with cheese then 1/4 of the pepper mixture.
