A deliciously smokey chicken with a garlic hit for all you garlic lovers!!!

Very nice. I made it on my Showtime rotisserie. My 4.5 pound chicken cooked in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Moist with a very crispy skin.

  1. Finely chop one clove of garlic.
  2. Mix into butter along with the thyme.
  3. Put fingers under skin of chicken to loosen from the flesh.
  4. Push the butter mixture between the skin and flesh.
  5. Put the other one to two cloves of garlic inside the chicken along with the lemon wedges.
  6. Rub the oil in well to the skin and sprinkle on the smoked paprika.
  7. Cook in your rotisserie for approx 75 minutes.
