"Jumex pear nectar can be found in the Mexican ethnic food section of your market."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 3 ounces pear nectar (Jumex)
• 1 1⁄2 ounces coconut rum
• 1 ounce triple sec
• 1⁄2 lime, juice of

directions

1. Shake all the ingredients together and pour over crushed ice in a tall glass.
2. Garnish with the fruit of your choice (if desired -- strawberries are gorgeous).

I used Malibu rum (swoon) and loved the smoothness of this drink. Enjoyed while floating on a raft in a pool--Pear-A-Dise, indeed. Thanks for sharing this one.
