Jessie's Long Island Cocktail

"I have googled ingredients to find a "real" name for this cocktail and came up with nothing, but it falls nothing short of AMAZING! --*--You can use any flavor fruity schnapps you prefer, peach and watermelon are my favorites! Cherry is pretty awesome too! To make a larger amount, keep liquor quantities equal (pint, fifth, 1/2 gal, even purchase a 1/2 gal. premix long island and add a fifth of schnapps for flavoring)--*--"

It was a good drink but for us a long island is with coke. We would have prefered coke instead of sprite. Thanks JessieGirl :) Made for Cooking tag mania

I became a mommy September 26th, 2008 and have found that I enjoy cooking a lot more than I used to now. I enjoy finding new recipes to try and making sure I get the stamp of approval from the man of the house...:) I have four dogs that used to get left overs, but lately we have been the ones cleaning our plates! Sorry pups!
