Originally had made a lemon cake to take to some neighbors, but then liked it so much that I made these brownies for them ~ After all, I'm not only a chocoholic but also a big lemon fan, whey they are only into the chocolate! Anyway, THESE ARE GREAT TASTING BROWNIES & something I'll make again just to keep at home! However, instead of topping these with peanut butter cups (in my opinion a really bad choice) I crushed up some homemade peanut butter brittle & sprinkled that over the top ~ RAVES from the neighbors & from my house, too!
