Peanut Ginger Chocolate Peanut Butter Whip

Found the recipe in a Taste of Home Book and adjusted it to suit my tastes. Ginger is a natural anti inflamatory. 3/4 tsp of ginger daily is good for arthritis. This is a good way to sneak it into your diet. Peanut butter is really good for diabetics, as well.

Directions

  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
  2. Beat in peanut butter.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Stir in Ginger.

I left out the ginger, dh doesn't like it. Very tasty dessert! Love the chocolate and peanut butter combination.
