- 295.73 ml oats (not quick or instant)
- 177.44 ml bisquick heart smart baking mix
- 236.59 ml skim milk
- 118.29 ml Egg Beaters egg substitute, Original
- 78.78 ml canned pumpkin puree
- 236.59 ml canned peaches in juice or 236.59 ml water, drained & chopped
- 59.14 ml Splenda granular
- 9.85 ml pumpkin pie spice
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine ALL ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
- Spoon mixture into a 12-cup muffin tin sprayed well with nonstick cooking spray. Bake muffins for 20 minutes, or until muffins have puffed up and tops are firm and golden.
- Allow to cool before removing from muffin tin.
