- 170.09 g package long grain and wild rice blend
- 946.36 ml cooked chicken, chopped
- 2 (609.51 g) can cream of chicken soup
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 9.85 ml curry powder (or to taste)
- 226.79 g package cornbread stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm brand preferred)
- 59.14 ml butter
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook rice according to package directions and spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Layer chopped chicken over top of rice.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry powder and pour over chicken.
- Top with dry stuffing mix and dot evenly with butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
