Great recipe, simple to make and not time consuming. I doubled the dressing recipe to get a more "intense" flavour, also added a tin of chilli beans to spice it up even more.

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Rinse under cold water and set into large, shallow serving bowl.
  3. Add tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado to serving bowl.
  4. Combine salsa, oil, oregano, cumin, chili powder and cayenne to taste.
  5. Mix well, then pour over pasta.
  6. Add cilantro and toss gently to distribute vegetables evenly.
