- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 32 ounces powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon peppermint extract

- In a medium mixing bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and half of the powdered sugar until blended. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar and peppermint extract, beating until stiff.
- Shape mixture into 1/2 - inch balls; roll in desired sugar and place on lightly greased cooling rack. Let stand 8 hours. Sore covered at room temperature.
