Parslied French Bread Slices

"This was my grandmother's recipe but I don't know the original source. It is so flavorful and a nice change from garlic bread. I always get a lot of compliments when I bring it to get-togethers. I usually double the butter compound and freeze it. It is also delicious to rub under the skin of a chicken for roasting."

I have loved to cook since I was little and was always perusing cookbooks. My first cookbook was the Winnie the Pooh Cookbook when I was 5! And now I have an abundance of them but not a lot of time to cook. I try to cook healthy meals but I love to try new techniques and especially love baking.
