Healthy cracker alternative. Yummy!
- 1 cup ground flax seeds, sees
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup water
- Mix all ingredients together and roll out onto parchment paper until 1/8 inch thick. Roll with a pizza cutter into 1 inch squares. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes or until crispy.
