I reside on the Iron Range in Northern MN. I work at a local supercenter as the manager of the lawn and garden department. I enjoy hunting, cooking, baking, sewing, painting, working on cars, and remodeling houses. I HATE doing dishes! I LOVE animals of all kinds, although I am allergic to cats. I have an American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier mix and a lhaso apso. I recently started Tae Kwon Do! My favorite cookbooks are any of the Better Homes and Gardens, and of course the one my mom started writing her favorite recipes in! She passed away in 2008 at the young age of 53 very unexpectedly. I am "famous" for any of the desserts my mom often made, such as her cream cheese cupcakes and peach cream cheese dessert.
