My granddaughter and I made this today. I first tried to mix it with a spoon but you actually need to beat it with an electric mixer to get a beautiful, creamy consistency. We used Fugi apples. We cored and sliced them and soaked the slices in lemon-lime soda to keep the apple slices from turning brown. Both my granddaughter and I enjoyed it and we will make it again. I am going to try a low-fat, low calorie version of it the next time. Fast, easy and delicious. This rates 5 star with us!
