Oyster Shooter

"You have to love raw oysters for this recipe! This is great for parties."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 lime wedge
• 1 large oyster, in the shell
• 0.25 ml Tabasco sauce
• 0.25 ml Worcestershire sauce
• fresh ground black pepper
• 1.23-2.46 ml prepared horseradish
• 0.25 ml seafood cocktail sauce

directions

1. Squeeze the lime juice into a shot glass.
2. Shuck the oyster and slide it into the glass, juices and all.
3. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed and enjoy in a single bite.
4. Repeat as needed.

Be careful with this ! I may have overdone the horseradish a tad - this nearly took my head off !! A quarter of a teaspoon was plenty! It was rather yummy, though and something I would have again.
