Oven Baked Hash Browns Casserole

ingredients

• 907.18 g frozen hash browns
• 118.29 ml onion
• 226.79 g sour cream
• 236.59 ml cream of chicken soup
• 473.18 ml shredded cheddar cheese
• 118.29 ml butter
• 4.92 ml salt
• 1.23 ml pepper
• 236.59 ml corn flakes

directions

1. Mix hash browns and chopped onion.
2. Blend sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cheddar cheese together. Stir into mixture.
3. Put in a greased 9x13 pan.
4. Mix melted butter and crushed corn flakes together. Sprinkle on top.
5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
