Shamelessly stolen from a doctor at the hospital I frequent.
- 1⁄2 banana, sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen berries (strawberries, blue berries, blackberries)
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover tightly and blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add 1/2 cup cold water and blend again.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
The proportions were perfect. This was an awesome shake, sweet and delicious.
