• Yields: 1 loaf

ingredients

• 1 1⁄8 cups water
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast

directions

1. Add to machine in order listed, choose cycle, crust and push start.

Love this basic, simple, bread recipe. I needed something quick, easy, and perfect for some nice sandwich bread and this was it. Only change was using the dough cycle on my bread machine, but let the a second rise occur and baked in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes. Added some sesame seeds to the top. Great!! Thank you for sharing!
