Directions

  1. Place cucumbers in bowl. Add salt, toss and chill 1 hour.
  2. Drain cucumbers and return to bowl.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Pour over cucumbers and toss to coat.
  5. Can be prepared 1 day ahead and refrigerated.

A good salad. I only used 1 tsp of sesame oil, and you could still really taste the flavor. Fed 2-3 as a main side dish.
