This recipe is from The Juicing Bible.
- 12 waxed paper cups (Dixie Brand)
- 12 wooden sticks
- 2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons orange zest, grated
- In a medium bowl, mix juices, honey and zest. Pour 1/4 cup juice into each paper cup. Freeze for 1 hour, until firm enough to hold a stick. Inset stick in middle of each cup and return to freezer until hard.
