This recipe gives my son the healthy benefits of oranges and bananas, while having the sweet taste of honey that he likes.
- 4 ice cubes
- 158.51 ml low-fat milk (1%)
- 59.14 ml frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
- 14.79 ml honey
- 0.59 ml vanilla extract
- 1 small ripe banana
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
