I wanted a break from berry and banana smoothies and this was a nice change. It's mellow with a nice tartness from the OJ. For one smoothie I used frozen grapes and bananas, chia gel, sweet n low (I can't help myself) and roughly a half cup of plain Greek yogurt. I poured the OJ in without measuring, probably somewhere around a 1/3 cup. Texture was great. Not too thick. Thanks for the reminder recipe.

Sorry, but no one at our house liked this smoothie. It was way too thin. The small pieces of grape skins provide a unique texture that no one liked. I had to add frozen strawberries to get anyone to drink it. My families suggestions were to freeze the fruit before blending and peel the grapes. But if I had time to peel grapes, than I would just cook a healthy breakfast instead of throwing together a smoothie. Sorry, this one just wasn't for us.
