This recipe gives my son the healthy benefits of oranges and bananas, while having the sweet taste of honey that he likes.
- 4 ice cubes
- 2⁄3 cup low-fat milk (1%)
- 1⁄4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 small ripe banana
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
