Old Fashioned German Cookies

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 5 Dozen

ingredients

• 1 lb salted red Spanish peanut
• 3 egg whites, beaten very stiff
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup sugar

directions

1. Grind peanuts in food chopper or processor.
2. Add stiffly beaten egg whites, flour and sugar, stir to mix well.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured cookie sheets.
4. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes.
5. Let cool.
