  1. I'm new to candy making and can't guess ... what size pan? 8x8 or 9x13?

  2. Easy to make, great texture and flavor. Make sure you use a really big pan, cuz it likes to boil high. Don't be afraid to use regular milk for that last 1/2 cup so that you don't have to open a second can. I am now the hero of my daughter's halloween party coming up.

  3. i rate this a 5 star

  4. I made this twice, the first time it turned out perfect the 2nd time it was good but not great. I think my thermometer might be off a bit and getting it to the right temp seems to be key! Thanks for a great recipe!

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
