  • Prepare pasta as per package instructions. Combine drained pasta with poppy seeds and grated cheese.
  • Brown meat in skillet with salt, garlic, pepper, marjoram. Drain excess fat. Combine sour cream and neufchatel cheese with drained meat.
  • Alternate layers of pasta and meat in buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with sprinkling of paprika.
  • Cook in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
