Directions

  1. In heavy gauge saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
  2. Bring to a FULL ROLLING BOIL over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add Mint-Chocolate chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  5. Add nuts and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  7. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
  8. Cut into 1-inch squares.
