  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with very cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayo and lemon juice; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the cooked, cooled pasta, ham, celery, onion, apple and blue cheese.
  4. Pour in the yogurt/mayo/lemon juice dressing and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
  7. Stir again when ready to serve.
  8. Serve on large lettuce leaves; if desired.
