- 1⁄2 cup dry mustard
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup horseradish
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- Mix the dry mustard and brown sugar.
- Stir in oil, horseradish and vinegar until smooth.
- Spoon into small jars; cover tightly. Keeps for months.
